The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Logistics Coordinator & SAP Administrator (6 months fixed term) role will make an impact:

• Works as single point of contact for all internal customers on issue resolution.

• Works closely with Third Party Operations on issue resolution.

• Serve as a functional expert in distribution, WMS/TMS systems, electronic data interchange and distribution processes.

• Understand and support what is required to ensure the highest possible inventory accuracy in Viatris SAP system.

• Monitor all EDI messages daily and either resolve or escalate for resolution as appropriate

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Supply Chain qualification is beneficial.

• Analytical and logical thinker with good problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset

• Self-motivated and capable of making well informed decisions

• Power BI experience is beneficial.

• SAP experience is essential

• Microsoft Office essential, excel, powerpoint
