Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map the clients business processes based on their specific needs.
- Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather the information required for process definition.
- Draft technical and functional documentation that will serve as the basis for the development teams to implement solutions.
- Ensure that the implemented solutions are aligned with the specifications defined in collaboration with the business.
- Maintain coherence and ensure that all deliverables comply with the clients established methodological standards.

Desired Profile:
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, with proficiency in tools like BPMN, UML, and techniques like use case writing and user stories.
- Strong skills in storytelling and testing.
- Active working knowledge of French and Dutch, with good comprehension of English.
