Our Aircraft Leasing client is looking for an FP&A Analyst for their Dublin office. This role will involve developing annual budgets, creating monthly management reports, and providing data insights to drive the company's financial and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform period close activities, including reviewing financial statements and conducting variance analyses.
- Support the creation of high-quality monthly management reports and annual budgets.
- Generate data-driven insights for strategic management decisions.
- Analyse the company's financial performance, identifying risks to business objectives.
- Communicate business plans and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to set priorities and influence performance.
- Provide analysis to support risk management and capital planning.
- Recommend process improvements for enhanced reporting and data insights.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting processes and controls.
About You:
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Accountancy qualification is a plus.
- Experience in aircraft leasing with an understanding of financial projections.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and logically.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Engaging team player with the ability to influence others.
- Professional and personable with strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in process design and efficiency improvements.
