Role Overview:
The Enterprise Acquisition Growth Marketing Manager (EMEA) is responsible for driving acquisition campaigns across the EMEA region, with a focus on large enterprise accounts. This role involves crafting and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies to expand Snowflake’s presence in key accounts. You will manage the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from strategy development and execution to performance analysis and optimization—ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to Snowflake’s growth goals in the enterprise segment.
In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders, to deliver impactful, cross-channel initiatives and collaboration with both global and regional teams will be essential. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a super fast-paced environment, while taking calculated risks and iterating based on data insights, will be key to driving success.
Success in this role means delivering measurable growth in Snowflake’s enterprise base, optimizing lead quality, and enhancing pipeline development and conversion rates. You will need to be comfortable pulling and analyzing data to make decisions, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously refining processes to improve outcomes. This role requires someone who can think strategically while executing tactically, thriving in an environment that demands agility, innovation, and results-driven marketing initiatives.
