Job Description

As a Customer Services Coordinator, your focus is to provide customers with the best possible customer experience. You do this by acting as a key point of contact for those customers from start to finish. It is dynamic, challenging and rewarding. Communication is essential and no day is the same.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively managing order flows;
  • Fast processing and solution-oriented time management;
  • Keeping the customer informed and signaling/communicating irregularities/problematic situations;
  • Dealing with issues/complaints/disputes;
  • Collaborating with managers, other departments and direct colleagues to achieve goals; Processing reports and creating/using overviews.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

The work of a Customer Services Coordinator can be hectic. But you always remain calm and accurate, a pillar of support for our customers. And when there is a bump in the road, you solve the problem quickly and professionally. This requires that you are an excellent communicator with a direct approach to working together within our company. You can handle a level of stress, and you are enthusiastic about quickly becoming familiar with different booking systems. You'll also need:

  • A completed secondary vocational education (MBO level 3 or 4), logistics training is a plus.
  • Some knowledge and experience in the logistics sector are also a plus; 
  • The ability to work with Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of customs formalities (Europe) is a plus.
