Our Customer Service department supports our customers during the full customer journey of selling their car. From finding a suitable date for an on-site evaluation to managing a seamless sale of a financed or leased vehicle.
As a Customer Service Agent you are the first point of contact for our customers. You guide them through the whole process and prepare them for their appointment at one of our 23 locations in the Netherlands. Together with the team, you focus on customer satisfaction and creating the best possible customer experience. With your friendly and professional approach, you ensure not only great service and happy customers, but also increased numbers of purchased cars.
