Description
RESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES
Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Teams by managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure timely execution of back-office and front-office activities, including order processing, documentation, and customer follow-up.
Monitor and track deadlines related to sales operations, ensuring timely responses and actions.
Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Assist the Market/Area Manager in maintaining and updating customer price lists within the assigned area of responsibility.
Collaborate with the Logistics and Production Planning teams to verify product availability and coordinate shipping schedules.
Support the resolution of customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and general inquiries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and tools.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
