RESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Teams by managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure timely execution of back-office and front-office activities, including order processing, documentation, and customer follow-up.
  • Monitor and track deadlines related to sales operations, ensuring timely responses and actions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Assist the Market/Area Manager in maintaining and updating customer price lists within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics and Production Planning teams to verify product availability and coordinate shipping schedules.
  • Support the resolution of customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and tools.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
