The ASML IT & Data organization is a sector within ASML with around 3000 employees that provide services to the ASML business. In the sector, a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is adopted.
The assignment is to develop online learning materials for onboarding employees to their role. You will develop these courses by using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise. The IT competences and subject matter experts will collaborate with you to provide the inputs for your learning course as well as to review and provide feedback. In IT & Data, we have 11 competences that responsible for standards and guidelines for ARTs. The assignment starts with the Agile roles and continues with other roles.
This internship is suitable for a bachelor or master internship (apprentice or thesis). The start date of this assignment is as soon as possible, with a duration of minimum 5 months, 4 days per week - wherefrom 3 days on-site.
To be the perfect match for this internship, you:
Are a bachelor or master student in Communications, Education, Business Administration, Content Creation or something related;
Have experience with content design/creation, UX, User Centered Design;
Are proficient in English, both written and verbally;
Have an affinity with IT and the Agile way of working.
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
