Collections Specialist with Italian Language

Responsibilities:

• Optimize cash flow through proactive collections using email, phone, and web tools.
• Manage delinquent accounts, negotiate payment plans, and recommend further actions as needed.
• Understand the End-to-End Order-to-Cash process and contribute to lowering DSO & Overdue.
• Implement collections policies and drive process improvements.
• Generate reports for Finance, Sales, and Senior Management.
• Collaborate with business units to improve collections processes.
• Handle escalations, review accounts, facilitate payments, and assist with invoice tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of collections experience.
• Fluent in Italian with good English Language.
• Familiarity with SAP and FSCM is a plus.
• Quick learner with intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Strong negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

• Team player with problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Fast learner with a focus on results and logical thinking.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage time, workload, and customer relationships effectively.
