Business Development Manager

• Engage with decision makers within the medium-sized enterprises in order to navigate through how our solutions and services can assist them in achieving their objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals using a technical sales cycle; the ability to develop a pipeline and close business through solution selling is crucial
• Deep understanding of client's business environment, proactively assesses, clarifies and validates clients’ needs on an ongoing basis.
• Manage your book of business (pipeline) and ensure timely internal and external reporting, by consistently updating our Salesforce CRM

• 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales in software or software-related products
• Sales-related exposure and familiarity with the Benelux markets is a plus
• Well organised, a fast learner and persistent in pursuing goals with the readiness to go the extra mile for the team.
• Strong team player but still an independent self-starter
• Ability to effortlessly make complex contractual and technical details sound simple for clients to understand
• Well-structured with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple deals concurrently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high fluency and articulation in Dutch for both written and spoken (English will be a plus)
