Business Development Manager


 


Tasks: 



  • Develop new business within Belgium with a particular focus on the Flemish Government, European Union Government and Manufacturing clients. 

  • Develop and maintain customer account plans for all the accounts in your designated territory which includes white space analysis, current customer solution and technology footprint/landscape, customer pains, competitive landscape, and industry trends 

  • Discover, assess, evaluate, and challenge strategic customer objectives by translating them into digital transformation opportunities that leverage Dynamics 365 Business Applications suite (Sales automation, Marketing automating, and many more) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power automate, Power Page) and AI (Copilot Studio)

  • Be a disciplined operator by maintaining a rolling pipeline, keeping it current and in accurate stages. Leverage marketing and your relationship network to build pipeline 

  • Develop deep trusted adviser relationships with Business Decision Makers by actively understanding customer business pains, requirements, strategic growth objectives, industry trends and providing business value outcomes based solutions 

  • Work together with other Reply entities delivering and promoting end to end services (Change Management, Dara Privacy, IT-security, Agile Transformation, Customer Advisory) or working together with Reply Microsoft Alliances members on International Business Application Projects in industries such as the European Union and International Manufacturing companies

Qualifications: 



  • At least 3 years experience in Sales in the ICT services industry OR as Business Application Consultant having a commercial affinity and willing to move to the Sales Profession 

  • Passionate about Microsoft Business Application solutions 

  • Excellent organisational agility, able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders: Marketing, Engineering, Licensing, Legal Field 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management or other relevant field of studies

  • Eager to learn how Business Application projects can be an added valuer for our clients  

  • Fluent in English as well as in either Dutch or French
