We are looking for a CJE/ Business Analyst for our shared platform who wants to take on the challenge to make our platform ready for the next steps.  Our shared platform reaches from our Back-end system Europort to our mobile banking app and everything in between.

Investments serves ING’s retail, private banking and business banking customers. We operate in a complex and highly regulated value chain with strong competition, rapid technological developments, and high commercial ambitions.. We are looking for someone who is passionate about  continuously improving our procedures and reporting. This position will be in the team Europort & Operations that is responsible for all operational Investments procedures and reporting for NL and BE.

Within Europort & Operations we are cross border responsible for all transaction flows on the Backend platform and reporting and client output to our customers. The teams exists of Customer Journey Experts and IT engineers. Together with them you strive to improve the processes you own and keep them compliant.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Bringing the platform to a higher (technical) standard and expand the number of functionalities we offer,
  • Together with your Product Lead defining the roadmap for the product, translate that into deliverables, and support the team in reaching the goals defined,
  • Proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure further expansion of the use of our capabilities throughout the bank,
  • Helping to reduce time to market, enrich customer journeys, and drive cost savings by making our product,
  • Maintaining the IT landscape needed to support all this.

Furthermore, you have/are:

  • Current residency in the Netherlands;
  • You have worked in a complex architectural application landscape. You understand what changes are needed and have the skills to analyze it and create a new solution;
  • like to do stakeholder management: we service both Belgium and Dutch clients. Dutch language skills are a strong benefit;
  • A passion for investments: you know our products and you are willing to put time and energy in increasing your craftmanship in the field of investments;
  • Strong affinity with Business to IT: writing stories, hunting bugs, refinement, testing and putting releases to production is one of the key elements of your job;
  • Very data-savvy. Databases are not new to you and it is an absolute pre if you have at least some basic skills with Oracle SQL;
  • Like to work in a complex environment where a strong growth ambition, complex rules and regulations and IT challenges come together;
  • A digital first mindset and have an idea on how we can develop our products in such a way that processes are simple and STP (Straight-Through Processing).
