This is the role

 


As an Associate Customer Service within the APS team you manage the accurate and timely execution of the order fulfillment process for a dedicated group of customers in Romania and Hungary. For this group of customers you are the main point of contact for all order related issues, you deliver high quality service by handling customer requests in a timely and professional manner. This encompasses order entry, coordination of product and transport availability, timely delivery, handling of customer complaints, up to and including invoicing. Your customers are European accounts who use our high-performance plastic compounds and resins as raw materials for their products.


 


You work proactively with other departments such as Asset Planners, Shipping offices, Procurement, Credit, Quality, Sales and Marketing Managers, to ensure the timely and accurate execution of customer orders. You monitor the status of your open orders and provide status updates to the customers. Lastly, you check the accuracy of Customer Master Data in the SAP system and you liaison with the Master Data team to keep it up to date.

Multitasking is your second nature and you have a pro-active and commercial mindset. You are motivated by providing excellent customer service to satisfy our customer needs and to help achieve our company’s goals. You thrive in a multicultural environment and you have at least one signature dish to bring to our yearly Supply Chain International lunch.


This is what you bring

 



  • Minimum bachelor's degree required, preferably in Logistics or Economics.

  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Service Administration.

  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office Word/Excel, SAP, SalesForce).

  • You are fluent in both English and Hungarian written and verbal.

  • You reside in The Netherlands and are allowed to work here without needing sponsorship from a company
