In a nutshell: Are you passionate about building innovative tools? Do you enjoy automating processes and creating efficient solutions for teams? Are you interested in learning a new trendy tool from Microsoft (Power Apps)? If so, this internship is perfect for you! Join us to create a custom tool that will be used daily by our team to streamline corporate processes.

What team will you join?

You will be working at the Group Service Centre (corporate office) in Brussels, within the Talent Acquisition Process & Analytics team.

As a Power Apps Developer Intern, you will:

Automate processes & improve workflows: Build and deploy a tool that automates the uploading of attachments into SharePoint, and update key files according to user input in the tool.

Database management: Design and maintain a data structure to store key information and ensure easy access for the team.

Collaborate & support: Work closely with team members to gather feedback, make improvements, and provide documentation and training for using the tool.

Duration: 6 months.

This internship is full-time and compensated, based in Brussels, Belgium. To apply, you need to have an internship agreement from your university.

Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

Your profile combines technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, with the savviness to dive deep into the Power Apps world and expand your knowledge.

Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Familiarity with business process automation or data management. Work experience or university projects in software development, IT, or related fields is a plus.

Languages: English proficiency is required as it will be your primary communication language.

Technical knowledge (IT): Any experience or knowledge in coding, tool creation, or automation is highly appreciated. Specifically, familiarity or experience with Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate is a strong plus.
